My story? Well, rebuilding after nearly 30 years of marriage, finding myself again when life didn't turn out the way I expected. Raising children into adulthood, leading teams, developing leaders, and building businesses through real-life change, while figuring out who I was outside of the roles I once wore so comfortably.

I bring more than 31 years of experience in sales, leadership, coaching, and personal development, but what makes my work different is how I connect the pieces. I’m a certified business and life coach because I’ve watched too many women try to “keep it professional” while life is pulling on them behind the scenes. Business gets personal. And personal seasons shape how we lead, how we work, and how we decide.

I combine business and life coaching to help women get their direction back and make stronger decisions. And because sales is sales, I use my sales expertise to help women package and communicate their value because when you’re stepping into a new role, a new season, or a new level, you are selling yourself whether you realize it or not.

Confidence is where it all comes together. That’s why I also became a certified image consultant and personal stylist not to focus on fashion, but to strengthen leadership presence. The goal is simple: when a woman walks into a room, her presence should match her capability and communicate what she wants people to know before she ever speaks.

In addition to founding Ophelia Green & Co., I am also the founder and Executive Director of The Female Persuasion, a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and mentorship for young women and girls, and the founder and Chief Strategist of WOW—Women of Whatever, an up and coming professional women’s network built on collaboration, leadership, and shared growth.

I do this work because I care deeply about women especially women in transition because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. I know what it’s like to feel called to something bigger and still not know where to start.

I built this business to make sure women don’t have to rebuild alone. I’ve done the work. I’ve lived the change. I created the blueprint and the steps that helped me find my way back to me. I bring the strategy, the coaching, the tools, and the lived experience to help you move forward with confidence.
