Ophelia Green & Company is led by Dr. Ophelia Green, a sales and leadership strategist, educator, and executive facilitator with nearly 32 years of experience spanning corporate training, leadership development, and adult learning theory.

Dr. Green brings a distinctive combination of business acumen, sales expertise, and women-centered development to the enterprise level. With a Doctorate in Business and a background in high-stakes facilitation, she possesses a rare understanding of both the psychology of growth and the mechanics of performance.

Her work is rooted in a singular conviction: Women do not just need encouragement; they need the strategic development required to communicate value, command presence, and build the trust necessary to move organizational opportunities forward. This belief shapes every workshop, facilitated conversation, and cohort experience delivered through the firm.

Beyond her corporate work, Dr. Green is the Founder and Executive Director of The Female Persuasion, a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and mentorship for the next generation of women leaders. 

She is also the founder of Serene Lyfe Insurance Solutions, where she applies her 30+ years of sales expertise to serve the Medicare community.
